Engaging Every Team Member: Once we establish a baseline and integrate Let’s Talk into your business, we support senior leadership in launching health and wellness initiatives across the team. Our core is a mobile app designed to provide a personalised experience for each employee as a leader and or team member.

The Wellness Ladder Approach: At the heart of our strategy is the Wellness Ladder, a structured framework for health and wellness engagement. The ten step ladder aligns with psychosocial hazard  and prevention and positive psychology principles, ensuring a holistic journey towards well-being. It encourages employees to learn, share and thrive. 

Customised Experiences: The app offers employees a variety of tailored —videos, articles, audio content, challenges, surveys, and tips—based on their role and their current step on the Wellness Ladder. This personalisation helps individuals craft their “My Best Me,” a feature that enables everyone, including leaders, to set evidence-based coaching goals. These goals serve as personal controls for fostering a better workplace environment and pave the way for further coaching, utilising our live coaching network. 

Creating a Blueprint for Success: Completing the Wellness Ladder equips businesses with a customised mental wealth blueprint for mitigating psychosocial hazards, engaging the workforce, and establishing a thriving workplace culture. This blueprint serves as a guide for continuous improvement, allowing businesses to regularly risk assess, enhance awareness, and refine their approach to health and wellness with the support of our app.
